“Who doesn’t love a good Topping Out ceremony?” Natasha Workman, EI had the honor and privilege to attend Elizabeth City State University’s New School of Aviation’s Topping Out Ceremony with Carrie McClellan yesterday. Even though there was rain in the air and dark clouds in the sky, the smiles were bight and the spirits were high as folks gathered around the last remaining beam to complete the steel erection process.
It has been a privilege to work under SKA Consulting Engineers, Inc.’s Aaron B. Bopp and with Kimberly Trimble as well as Structural Capacity (Adrian Durham) on this marvelous project.
“I hope this building serves the facility, staff, and students of the ECSU community for many years to come and that it will always be the launching site of many great ideas for the future. “
