Nicole is experienced in all aspects of the design process and particularly likes problem solving and construction administration. She enjoys working with her structural service line teammates and taking them out of them out of their well-ordered comfort zone as the ‘Director of Chaos!” She enjoys coaching swimming, traveling and fostering cats.
Macie enjoys assisting with structural design and analysis and especially performing site visits and getting to see designs come to life. When possible, she loves to get out of the office for networking events and connecting with others in the industry. When not at work, she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time on the lake.
Maria assists with structural designs and drawings, creation of project documents, review of shop drawings and on-site inspections. She likes visiting job sites, meeting with partners there and then summarizing her observations and producing schematics.
