Niels primary design responsibilities include structural designs and analysis, preparation of construction documents and construction contract administration. Niels enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with a wide variety of outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, camping, fishing, hunting, skiing, gardening, and woodworking) and reading his Bible.

Mason likes contract administration for construction focusing on building envelopes and concrete repair.
